1. Managing accounts payable using SAP accounting software and other programs e.g. Microsoft Excel
2. Handling accounts payable for multi-national brands
3. Ensuring sales invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to GDEC's procedures.
4. Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
5. Monthly and closing assistance of accounting books
6. Maintaining confidentiality of organizational information
1. At least 6 months and above experience in Accounts Payable
2. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
3. Efficient and excellent analytical ability
4. Good communication skills - oral and written
5. Graduate of any Accounting / Finance / Business course
6. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
