Job Description
Accounts Payable Associate
An opportunity has become available for Full Time Accounts Payable Associate who is personable, professional and organised to complement a dynamic and friendly team environment.
He/She shall have an excellent computer skills. Experience with any Accounting software and well versed in using MS office application. Proficiency in Excel preferred.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
CPA not required
Preferably with 3-5 years working experience
A Team-player
Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Application (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Mandatory proficiency both orally and written English
Preferred knowledgeable in understanding Regional Operational Headquarter Procedures
Functions may include:
Provides support to the Accounting/Finance team
Prepares bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation and general ledger postings
Handles Accounts Payable
Creates Purchase Order (PO)
Works under minimum supervision
Other duties that maybe assign from time to time
Reports to the Accountant
Skill:
Must have organization and prioritization skills
Attention to detail
Confidentiality is mandatory.
Ability to problem solving skills
Ability to complete work on schedule
Preferred to have initiative attitude
