We are looking for either a graduate or accounting professional with some experience to join our finance team based in Manila to support growing Asia region. The key requirements of the role are as follows:
Processing payment vouchers and reconciliation against payments made on a daily basis;
Collaborating with different departments across Asia region (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand) to ensure receipt of all supporting documents for official fees processing;
Manage invoicing and reconciliation for Asia entities;
Organising, filing and scanning documents as and if required (most of documents is kept electronically);
Monthly intercompany balances confirmation;
Any ad hoc work as and if required;
Good business acumen to support new operation in the Philippines.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
Graduate or accounting professional with 1+ year of experience;
Good communicator, ability to communicate fluently in English (both written & spoken);
Strong attention to detail;
Good time management and organizational skills;
Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel files;
Ability to prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis;
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
