We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to support daily financial and administrative operations within a digital agency that serves nonprofit and purpose-driven organisations. This role involves managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, overseeing domain registrations, and supporting process improvements to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time using Quickbooks.
Prepare, issue, and follow up client invoices based on project and account activity.
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and petty cash records.
Monitor and report on outstanding receivables and assist in credit control.
Assist with monthly financial reporting, expense tracking, and budgeting support.
Liaise with external accountants and bookkeepers as required.
Support the Operations Manager with administrative workflows and process documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable, receivable, or administration support.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial workflows.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with CRM or project management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com, Asana).
Understanding of digital agency environments or SaaS/service-based business models is highly advantageous.
