•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
•In-depth knowledge of applicable tax laws.
•More education or experience may be preferred but not required.
• Handles Cash Disbursement and Petty Cash Fund
• Prepares journal entries for the accurate and timely recording of expenses, accruals and adjustments
• Ensures that entries and financial records adhere to established controls, accounting principles and policies
• Conducts physical inventory of office supplies (monthly) and fixed assets (quarterly)
•Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Maintains financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
• Assists in preparation of financial and regulatory reports
• Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
•Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
