JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensures that the company is in full regulatory compliance with relevant laws, rules and regulations imposed by the BIR.
Performs and reviews tax compliance with BIR administrative requirements.
Reviews accuracy and completeness of monthly expanded withholding tax, withholding tax on compensation, monthly and quarterly VAT returns and ensures prompt submission thereof.
Knowledgeable in financial accounting principles, preparation and analysis of financial reports and schedules.
Performs other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be a Bachelor/College Degree Graduate of Finance, B.S Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in Finance- Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
Good spoken and written English; Understand national financial policies, accounting and tax regulations;
Experience in Accounting and Auditing firm is an advantage.
Proficiency in operations such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
Attention to details and able to start immediately.
