JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and implement guidelines, regulations and strong accounting policies to be observed by all employees.
- Manage and control of all financial activities of Cleanmatic Services, Inc.
- Prepare cash flow summary, profit planning, sales commission, budget proposal of Cleanmatic Services, Inc.
- Prepare, review, and consolidate the monthly financial report and supporting schedules on a timely basis. Ensure completeness and accuracy of reports.
- Prepare company financial statements every end of the month.
- Manage accounts payable and general ledger of the accounting department.
- Manage and control company expenses and apply removal of unnecessary expenses for company financial efficiency.
- Manage the occurrences of unnecessary penalties from SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAGIBIG through the negligence of compensation and benefits and accounting people.
- Prepare KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for accounting people for performance efficiency and quality service with collaboration of HR Manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any business related courseAt least 1-2 years experience as an Accounting Supervisor
Willing to work in Ermita, Manila
