Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field with work experience.
Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
Good time management and verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
Responsibilities:
Providing support to the Accounting Department.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry etc.
Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Prepare & send invoices.
Process bank deposits.
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain all confidentiality and statistical statements & reports.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Management
