Responsibilities:
Contract negotiation, signing, renewal/termination, deposit recovery, payment application, contract exception handling
Binding and management of business license applications, contracts and copies of business licenses
Landlord Official Receipt Collection, Withholding Certificate Receipt, Tax Payment Management, Rent Ledger Payment Plan
Qualifications:
With extensive knowledge in using Microsoft Excel and creating Power Point Presentation
Preferably with background in Accounting
Good in calculation and with negotiation skills
With background in Legal and Contract Management is an advantage but not required.
With experience in processing SOA
With experience in a Real State industry.
