Description
Responsibilities include supporting accounting activities related to accounts payable, petty cash, employee reimbursements, audits, and other ad hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned for a period of 6 months.
Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in processing and payment of all vendor invoices for multiple business centers
2. Support for month end closing and reporting process
3. Assist in Site Cash request preparation, and review of site cash reports and supporting documents
4. Assist in Review and filing of employee claims/reimbursements
5. Assist in the company's audits (tax, fs, and internal)
6. Assist in the submission of required reports for the Tax computation of Tax consultants (PWC and P&A)
7. Support the Model Month end end activity for Philippines
8. Any other duty considered essential for effective operations and services
Person Specification/Job Requirements
• Associates or BSBA degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration
• One to two years of experience in accounting
Desired Skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong accounting fundamentals
• Experience in using ERP systems
• Advance MS Excel
