The Accounting Specialist shall assist in ensuring that all Finance and Accounting-related concerns or needs of the Organization are carried out in an efficient manner.
Monitor Aging Report
Monitor cash advances to employees, suppliers
Prepare and monitor all collections/receivables
Report to the Accounting Manager all unliquidated cash advance
Prepare budget or cost estimate for travel or business trips request
Facilitate reservation (transportation and accommodation) for business-related trips
Ensure efficient cash flow
Prepare and submit Accounting-related reports
Facilitate request related to Accounting and Finance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
With 1-2 years work experience in same capacity.
With background in Financial Management, Tax Audit, Cost Accounting and Government related.
