Responsibilities
Handles AP and payment applications
Process daily transactions in accounting system
General ledger, journal entry and cash collections
Execute internal control procedures and documentation
Purchase quotation, gross receipt, goods return requests
Validate and process commission payment to distributors
Reconciliation of tax returns and alpha list reports
Prepare form BIR 2307 and 2306, liaise with BIR
Process tax e-proceed to the BIR EFPS portal
Other ad-hoc accounting duty as assigned
Requirements
Junior role but fresh graduate not considered
At least 1-3 years experience in related field is required
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance or Accounting, or similar
Strong understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards and Taxation
Meticulous to details and accuracy in processing financial data
Knowledge of SAP accounting system is an added advantage
Familiar with MS Outlook, MS Word and especially MS Excel
Other Information
Working days: Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9a.m-6p.m
Working location: Alveo Park Triangle Tower, Taguig City
