Knowledgeable in General Accounting principles and practices
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
CPA is an advantage
Familiar with Tax Laws and provisions
Willing to be assigned in Antipolo
Assist in encoding of collection in accounting system (SUN) as required.
Payments of check to supplier (as required).
Facilitates check releasing.
Manage financial database for accuracy of records and finances such as check vouchers for accounts payables.
Perform data entry functions timely and accurately.
Assist in year-end audit
Ensure settlement of obligations are done within the prescribed period.
Perform vendor reconciliations to resolve vendors' claim of unpaid invoices.
Processing of Payables (Purchases of goods/services, Utilities, Cash Advances, Petty Cash, Liquidation of Cash Advances and Reimbursements):
Checking of invoices and attachments
Computation of Input VAT, Withholding tax, and Payable amounts
Encoding of related journal entries to accounting system (SUN)
Check Preparation:
Encoding of all data for check voucher
Check printing
Validate and ensure the completeness of all invoice attachments, such as approved PO or CV prior to payment processing.
Prepare and post invoices for data entry.
