We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our growing business!
Responsibilities:
Maintain (assigned) balance sheet accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variance
Reconcile (assigned) balance sheet items discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Monitor depreciation expenses and document the supporting information for all journal entries
Assist the IT and Procurement departments in accounting issues and queries regarding assets
Support month-end and year-end close process
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or other courses related with Accountancy
At least 1 year of experience in PPE/Balance Sheet reconciliation, fresh graduates are accepted too
Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making and data entry skills
Above average verbal, listening and written communication skills
Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work within a team
