Job Description Cash Application - Checks, ACHs, Wires, Credit Cards Process binders.
Prepare invoices for church programs upon renewal - prepare complex invoicing and upload in agency management system (Epic), solid excel skills required to review information
Prepare Invoices for Church Endorsements and Cancellations
Apply cash on account to invoices: follow up with Account Managers for discrepancy in the payment.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with Account Managers for the payment of unpaid church units; prepare collections letters if needed
Generate A/R aging report as per Account Managers request
Reconciliation of carrier statements, invoices and issue disbursements to avoid any Notice of Cancellations
Handling First Insurance Funding - Receive Funding and Paying Installments
Request returns premiums, exchange checks to be processed by accounting dept.
Request refunds to clients for overpayments, duplicate payments to be processed by accounting dept.
Request Broker Payables to be processed by accounting department on the 15th of every month
Other special projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications Education - High School graduate required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience working in an office environment preferred.
Insurance experience is not required, but a plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills required.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlooks, and Word etc.)
Must be organized and able to manage time effectively.
Professional demeanor and behavior.
Must maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor.
Compensation 25000
Compensation Range ₱20,000 - ₱30,000
