Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.
We are presently seeking for Accounting Specialist that will provide support to major financial accounting areas of the organization.
Main responsibilities:
Fixed asset listing reconciliation.
Fixed Asset lapsing schedule.
Step-up depreciation entries.
Asset retirement entries.
Vacation, Sick leave, and 13th month pay accrual entries.
Monthly petty cash audit.
HMO amortization/accrual.
Life insurance amortization/accrual.
Review costing related accounts for posting to transactions without cost center.
Prepare Blackline recon schedules.
Filing of BIR Forms.
Retrieve and collate documents needed for presentation on BIR Audit.
Encoding of Import Duties and Taxes computation for PEZA and BIR reportorial requirements
Requirements:
Preferably graduate of BS Accountancy
With 2 to 3 years experience in manufacturing industry
Knowledgeable in ERP Systems, Bookkeeping, Analysis
Has advance knowledge in excel, keen to details and with good time management skills.
Has the initiative, team player, adaptable and flexible
Can work with minimal supervision
