Job Description:
General Accounting: Payable
In-charge of the processing and monitoring of manual payable transactions with the objective of providing reliable financial report.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of invoice, billing statement and other supporting documents
Records the payable transactions
Communicate with suppliers regarding payment inquiries and balance reconciliation
Prepares accrual, prepayment and cash liquidation entries
Prepare and monitor payable schedules
Scan and safe keep documents
General Accounting: Fixed Asset
In-charge of the processing and monitoring of fixed asset transactions from registration to disposal with the objective of providing reliable financial report.
Coordinates with fixed asset coordinators regarding physical count schedule and any related inquiries
Setups and runs depreciation in accordance with existing policy
Monitors fixed asset's accountability from registration to disposal
Reviews fixed asset disposal/transfer forms endorsed by end-users.
Maintains fixed asset lapsing schedule and other relevant reports
Scans and safe keeps the documents
