1. experience with external/ internal auditing
2. knowledge in government compliance including new rules
3. knowledge in accounting and finance operations such as
- government mandatories
- bank process
- accounts receivables
- accounts payabales
- billing and collection
4. Serves as auditor of overall operations of the accounting and finance department
5. Prepare accounting and finance manual and to ensure implementation
6. Familiar with Government Permits

Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Accounting Software, Accounting, Finances, Writing
