ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Job Description:
The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for the following:
1. Checks and posts all sales transactions transmitted by POS in CAS including distribution.
2. Handles bank deposit of cash receipts from sales and from receivable in CAS.
3. Handles bank transfers of card payment to assigned accounts.
4. Handles bank transaction of card charges.
5. Prepares monthly bank reconciliation of assigned checkbooks.
6. Handles sales application of on accounts.
7. Integrates and posts inventory related transactions.
8. Assist and relieves the Branch Accountant in his or her absence.
9. Other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications:
· Graduate of BS Accountancy.
· Preferably with at least 1 year related experience in general/cost accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxation and MIS.
· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
