Description
Job Description
A. Prepares checks for vouchers prepared and examine the supporting attachments.
B. Prepares daily cash position report.
C. Takes charge of the weekly cash requirement.
D. Takes charge of monthly cash flow projection and compares it with daily actual cash flow.
E. Takes charge of bank transactions such as deposits, fund transfer, withdrawal, etc.
F. Takes charge of petty cash fund and ensures its prompt replenishment.
G. Sort and disburse employees' payroll, meal subsidy, gift checks, shoes allowance etc.
H. Keeps accountable forms such as cash vouchers, official receipts, petty cash vouchers, checkbooks, travel order, and passbooks.
I. Prepares check vouchers for the Business Tax and Realty Tax
J. Takes charge of renewal of business permits.
K. Follow up collections of local sales and prepares statement of accounts of customers.
L. Takes charge of daily FOREX rate monitor from MBTC.
M. Performs other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
Availability for travel: Yes
