The client is an award-winning marketing technology company which helps top global brands and agencies maximize YouTube advertising.
As Accounting Specialist you will be working with our ANZ and SEA operations.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable - processing client invoices, sending statements / collecting overdue balances and AR reporting.
Accounts Payable - processing invoices and preparing payment schedules.
Ensuring timely and accurate input into the financial system for reporting.
Maintaining and reconciling the bank accounts.
General journals and ledgers.
Financial Analysis
Assisting Head of Finance APAC as required.
About You:
Accounting/Business Qualification
With proven experience, at least 3 years in a similar role.
Preferably with experience in using Salesforce.
Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.
Highly competent in Microsoft excel is required.
You are a team player with a great attitude.
