Job Description
An accounting specialist helps manage all forms of financial accounts within an organization.
Accounting specialists keep accurate records of both accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring that invoices are paid where necessary, and that clients pay invoices as required.
Assist in the preparation of the company budget to help meet all financial goals
Process and organize invoices to ensure bills are paid and received in a timely manner
Manage and update payroll information to ensure all employees get accurate compensation
Review ledgers, statements and balance sheets for accuracy
HR Requirements
Those with CFA, ACCA and CPA certificates are preferred.
Those who have relevant accounting work experience are preferred.
Fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing (computer typing), and comprehension is barrier-free.
It is required to work carefully, obey the work arrangement of the superior, and those with strong pressure resistance are preferred.
