Job Description
Accounting Officer will lead the accounts shared service with K.U.S Group of Companies in Singapore. Training will be provided to perform the following tasks:
Handle Full Set of Accounts Including AR, AP, GL and Inventory function.
Responsible for submission of monthly Financial & Management Reports and Accounting Schedules.
Responsible for submission of Cash Flow Management Reports & daily cash flow management.
Responsible for timely submission of GST F5 to IRAS.
Liaise with External Auditors and Tax Advisors.
Responsible for annual budgeting and forecasting process and monitoring.
Conduct Annual Stock Take.
Compliance with accounting, tax, legislative and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for statutory and regulatory reporting.
Ad-hoc assigned related to accounting matters.
Skills and Qualifications:
Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of time organization and urgency
Able to work independently and within a team
Willing to report on-site in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related course
CPA preferred but not required
Knowledge and experience in Singapore accounting is an advantage
Knows International Financial Reporting Standards
