Accounting OfficerPJ Lhuillier Group of Companies

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Checks DTR and prepares the payroll of all personal companies.
Prepares the payslip and withholding tax certificates at year end.
Monitors the leave credits, monitors and updates contributions to various regulatory agencies (SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig)
Prepares the monthly withholding taxes summary and submits to Tax Division for review and preparation of returns.
Reviews the payment requests, billing statements and all supporting documents.
Monitors check releases and cash balances.
Checks cash ins related to deposits from revenue transactions against bank deposits.
Reconciles released and outstanding checks with the bank statement.
Prepares the trial balance on a quarterly basis to Fiscal Compliance Division.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
With knowledge in general accounting principles and financial accounting
