Job Description
The Accounting Officer oversee accounting department functions to ensure efficiency and compliance.
He/She secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting and auditing.
Skills Required:
Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent with a professional license (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
At least 3 years of work experience is required for this position
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office application
Required Skill(s): Accounting, Audit, Developing Budget
Must be willing to be assigned in Taguig Area
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls
Monitor expenditures, identify variances and implement corrective actions
Review and monitor journals, payment requests and vouchers
Review and monitor ledger entries and cash disbursements
Prepare monthly financial statement
Supports annual audits
Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Experience:
Accounting : 2 years (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
