ACCOUNTING MANAGER
 
Qualifications:
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least three (3) years supervisory or managerial experience preferably in the construction and/or real estate industry;
Competent in computer applications (such as SAP Business One, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among others);
Knowledgeable on accounting principles, practices, and processes.
Must be adept on financial planning and management, strategic analysis, and critical thinking;
Must be able to produce short to long-term business plans and projections;
Must have adequate competence in managing internal control and financial systems and models;
Must be honest, trainable, well organized, and highly motivated;
Must be able to work with time pressure and less supervision;
Must have initiative, good leadership skills, and must be effective in handling team;
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Experience in dealing with government agencies is desired but is not absolutely necessary.
Successful candidates must also be able to multi-task, learn quickly, adapt to change, and communicate effectively. A passion for learning and growth is likewise essential. Knowledge of the real estate industry and its trends is desirable, as well as demonstrated experience in networking and relationship building.
