Unify Dots is a Global provider of ERP, CRM and AI solutions. We are seeking an Accounting Manager who has experience in leading and managing Finance and Operations.
Job Description
Your job duties will include
(a) Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting. Managing and supervising the accounting team and provide day-to-day supervision and financial controls.
Accounts Payable and Purchasing
Project Accounting and Customer Invoicing
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
Financial Reporting
Statutory and Tax Reporting and Compliance
(b) Driving process improvement and efficiencies within the team
(c) Being responsible for tax planning and filing annual corporate income tax return as well as quarterly or monthly GST/ VAT returns as required and the Australia BAS filing
(d) Presenting recommendations to management for financial improvements
(e) Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing
(f) Generating month-end and quarter-end financial reports
(g) Working with appointed external auditor for completion of an audit
(h) Reviewing income tax filings and perform a tax to book reconciliation
(i) Performing other related duties as necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field
Should hold an active CPA License
At least 10 years of work experience in accounting, finance and audit field.
Should have managed a team of at least 2 people.
Familiar with US or Australia taxation requirements.
