Position Overview
ob Title: Accounting Close: LEC Finance and Tax
Location: Manila
Corporate Title: Senior Analyst
The Accounting Close team ensures all transactions are correctly accounted for and provides a golden source financial information data set upon which all internal and external reporting is based.
The role is primarily responsible for the filing of VAT returns, and also for the documentary requirements needed for the refund of excess unutilized input VAT. The role will also assist in the preparation and filing of other tax returns for the entity, which would include FBT, WTC, EWT, FWT, as well as other annual reportorial requirements of the BIR. You can expect a structured training process from our knowledge experts. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this role.
Your key responsibilities
Responsible in supporting TAX process
Support in filing TAX returns, which include FBT, WTC, EWT and FWT
Preparation of report for BIR, Bank Reconciliation, and help manage the petty cash fund, and process vendor transactions of the DKS LEC Team
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or its Business-related equivalents with Accounting courses
Experience in accounting, finance or a tax audit gained from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry would be beneficial
Combined analytical and problem solving skills
A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently
