• Make disbursement vouchers in QuickBooks (entry, posting and filing).
• Prepare necessary Delivery Receipts, Sales Invoice, Charge Invoice and etc. on a daily basis.
• Check preparation for all Account Payables.
• Monitor client's compliance to terms and conditions.
• Double check accounting entries accuracy and validity.
• Answering phone queries.
• Assisting walk-in clients.

Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Numbers, Accounting Software, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Accounting, Retail
