KEY AREAS TO WORK ON:
Collection of Pending Accounts Receivable from Travel Agencies, Corporate Accounts and other clients together with the following reports:
Preparation of the accounts receivable aging reports
Preparation of a weekly collection report
Issuing of Official Receipt to Customers.
Encoding of the Official Receipts to the System
Emailing of Invoices to Clients with Outstanding Balance
Following up Outstanding balance through Phone and Email.
Determining of Unidentified Online Deposit ( BPI and BDO)
Scanning and Emailing of Official Receipts to clients
And other related task that maybe give from time to time
Recommendations to management on hard to collect clients
FOLLOW UP WITH OWNER
HOLD ISSUANCE
STOP ISSUNACE
SEND DEMAND LETTER
Credit Monitoring - To monitor the CREDIT TERMS set at 30 days from issuance date
To inform Travel Agent that they have already reached the set Credit Terms premiums and have to prepare payments
To inform Docs staff on the Travel Agents already beyond their Credit terms
To inform Sales that their assigned Travel Agency has already reached the assigned credit limit.
Reporting Responsibilities: On collection of Pending Accounts Receivable - report to DFS
