MAJOR FUNCTION
To assist/ support the Finance Head in carrying out the duties and responsibilities in proving the management and company owners in an orderly manner the results of company's operation and financial activities as of a given period of time.
Responsible for validating, encoding, preparation and summarizing of accounting data /reports (general and subsidiary ledgers) in ACUMATICA.
Responsible for filing, monitoring and safe-keeping all accounting documents and records in an orderly manner for easy reference.
SPECIFIC FUNCTION
Prepares schedule and monthly manual Bank Reconciliation for verification and encoding in ACUMATICA.
Prepares the monthly Expanded Withholding Tax Report.
Prepares the monthly and quarterly Input/ Output VAT listing for the VAT Relief/Purchases for submission to BIR.
Responsible for the preparation of Year-End Employees Alpha List
Makes necessary adjustments on journal accounts.
Prepares Monthly Creditable Withholding Taxes listing for verification.
Checking and validating documents of employees PCF replenishments reimbursements and liquidations.
Prepares journal entries for the liquidation of budgets issued in Cash including PCF reimbursements
Make check payments for the approved replenishments, reimbursements and liquidations.
Prepares the pay slip every 15 & 30 of the month.
Assist in releasing the semi-monthly cash payroll.
Act as Accounting Representative/Auditor in scrap sales and pull-out of materials and equipment.
Assists in the processing of the BDO Cash cards for submission to the bank.
Prepare reports that may be required by the FAD Head and assists in the preparation of all necessary schedules/documents during audit of External Auditor and Year-End reports
Other relevant tasks which may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
