JOB OVERVIEW:
Become an Accounting Associate at Zybi Tech, Inc. DBA JuanCash - where you'll handle records, manage ledgers, and execute filing tasks. We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to assume a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless operation of our financial operations.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Record day-to-day financial transactions promptly and accurately.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial activities.
Regular reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and other financial documents.
Generate financial reports summarizing key financial data.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Documentation and Filing: Properly categorize and file financial documents, contributing to an organized and efficient documentation system.
Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
Work closely with other team members to facilitate seamless financial processes.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to address any financial queries.
Compliance: Stay informed about relevant accounting regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Assist in the preparation for audits, providing necessary documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related discipline.
At least 6 months of professional experience in finance or accounting related roles.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Willing to report onsite from Monday to Friday between 9AM - 6PM.
