Accounting associateROLDAN ROLDAN & CO., CPAS

The job involves working on clients' specific accounting and bookkeeping needs as well as on BIR, SEC and Local Government reportorial requirements. Bookkeeping will be through Sage (Peachtree) accounting software while BIR and SEC compliances are continuously fine-tuned with the agencies' latest issuances. Some clients require site visits. Daily interface with clients is a must. Come year-end, audited financial statements and annual tax returns are prepared for assigned clients.
An Accountancy graduate, with at least five-year work experience in a private accounting office, is preferred. Being a CPA will be acknowledged. If a non-CPA, a firm grasp of current accounting and tax principles will compensate. Salary and commissions depend on experience and capacity to work.
To be successful on this job, one has to be:
Up to date with latest developments in accounting and tax practice;
Experienced in year-end audit procedure and documentation including BIR compliances;
Proficient with Microsoft Office specially Excel and Word;
Familiar with Accounting Software, preferably Sage (Peachtree);
