Job Description
The Accounting Associate is responsible for the on-time and accurate processing of all payments.
Process payments correctly and within agreed timelines to avoid payment penalties in compliance with company policies
Ensure processing of payments complies with company and government policies and regulations
Ensure that payment documents are filed in compliance with company guidelines that facilitate retrieval
Ensure orderly maintenance of files and timely transmittal of documents
Ensure timely response to calls and email inquiries
Minimum Qualifications
Has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Technology, BS Management Accounting) or any business-related course
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
Fresh graduates and experienced professionals
