Job Responsibilities:
Set up a system of the Book of Accounts
Footnote the account balances in the book of accounts and post to the General Ledger
Submit the following reports to management on or before 20th of the following Month.
Summary of Payables ( Suppliers, Gov'1t Agencies, SSS, BIR, Pag-ibig & Philhealth)
Working Papers & monthly Schedules.
All original Cash Vouchers, duplicate OR, Journal Vouchers, & Bank Statements
Monthly Trial Balance
Monthly In House Financial Statement
Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements
Monthly Collection Reports
Monthly Sales Reports
Job Serviced
Inventory of Fixed Assets. and Chemicals
Job Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's (Required)
Experience: Accounting Associate: 1 year (Required)
