Our company is in need of an Accounting Associate who will join their team and work closely together with the Senior Associates and the Managing Partner from planning, execution, and carrying out quality bookkeeping and other accounting services to the clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Executes day-to-day activities of the company's internal accounting duties and bookkeeping engagements of various clients.
Manages financial records that track the clients' expenditures, profit and loss cash flow, and other financial activities.
Maintains check vouchers, accounts payable, journal vouchers, petty cash vouchers and funds, company books, and accounting records.
Ensures accuracy in the completion of supporting documents
Monthly bank reconciliation statement;
Records in the books of accounts
Monitors and records issuance of Official Receipts.
Processes payroll and government mandatories in a timely manner.
Complies with government reporting requirements and submission to BIR, SSS, HDMF, and Philhealth.
Maintains an orderly accounting filing system.
Provides clerical and administrative support to management as required.

Be a computer savvy, well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
Love all facets of accounting.
Have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
