Under limited supervision, assist the Accounting Manager in performing multiple duties related to the accounting functions of the Company within established deadlines.
Prepare, record, and process accounts payable.
Prepare allocation tables for indirect expenses and revenue items as needed.
Prepare and process payroll deductions schedules such as cash advances, unliquidated funds, shortage and the like.
Maintenance of the general ledger including timely closing of the books each month. This will include recording and posting of transactions to the general ledger for: accounts payable and general journal.
Prepare schedules for monthly financial package and proposed adjustments, if needed, such as, aging of accounts payable, advances to officers and employees, advances to/from affiliates, bank reconciliation, short term loan, other payables and statutory payables, lapsing schedule and the like).
Review open vouchers payable, billing statements, service invoices and follow up status or adjustments.
Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner.
Assist accounting manager with the year-end financial audit.
Responsible in the preparation of supporting schedules for monthly and quarterly VAT return, expanded withholding tax)
