Check and review billing invoices received from all Departments against pricelist/quotations/PO provided.
Encode trade billing invoices in the Excel accounting system (purchase book).
Prepare and update accounts payable schedule and other accounts related to payables on a monthly basis.
Prepare a summary of the monthly Purchase Report and reconcile it with other departments.
Review and reconcile monthly Inventory Report with Sales Department
Responsible for the complete non-trade payables files and supporting documents and the corresponding payment.
Responsible for the transmittal (scan copy) of non-trade payables documents to third party bookkeeping company.
Encode payment details of trade payables online through Mizuho for checking of the Senior Accountant
Send to trade supplier's details of payment for the current month and following three months.
Send to trade suppliers scanned copies of payments made through remittance.
Prepare the monthly schedule of cost of sales.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports for submission to management and head office.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Responsible for the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
Responsible for the checking of brokerage monthly summary of charges and reimbursements
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Senior Accountant from time to time

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance
With at least two (4) years of working experience in the related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and proactive in communications as a team player
Can handle pressure and fast-paced work environment
