Responsibilities:
Overall in charge of the Yearly Audit
Overall in charge of the Monthly, Quarterly and Tax Filings and Payments (in coordination with Tax Consultant)
Assuring the quality of Financial transactions recorded in the accounting system.
Check and Review all Financial Schedules and Reports needed for Month end closing
Check and Review all related documents/reports to be sent to government agencies
Check and review payments and credit card transactions
Enhance accounting process
Preparation of yearly government reports and compliance
Answering employee's queries and concerns
Requirements:
Graduate of BS in Finance or Accounting
At least 7 years of working experience
Required Skill(s):
attention to detail and accuracy,
high proficiency in MS Office
ability to manipulate large amounts of data
