JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible in the payment processing and data entry of all company's local and import payables of accounts.
Monthly update of import purchases and payments. Monitoring and registration to the bank of importation documents for payment.
Compliance to company policies and procedures related to payment processing.
Compliance to BIR rulings related to transactions handled.
Schedule and Aging of account payable import and local.
Preparation of PFME.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Proficient in MS excel, Preferably knowledgeable in SAP
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
