Maintaining of Accounts Payable and Disbursement vouchers, check preparation & releasing.
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
Preparing of tax compliant reports like, filing of monthly compensation, filing of monthly/quarterly expanded with alpha list, vat filing.
Assisting during year end and special audits
Preparing Loose leaf books of accounts and all other year end filings
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Graduate in BS Accountancy or any related course
With 1 year of experience in Accounting
Computer literate - Strong excel skills and the ability to use outlook and work.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Willing to work in Buendia Makati
