Responsible for the processing of painters'payroll and pay slip in a timely manner
Handles and coordinates with the HR Department for ATM applications
Responsible for the preparation and payment of government mandated contributions (SSS, Philhealth, & Pag-IBIG)
Accountable for for the issuance of invoices to customers, preparation of vouchers, & cheques
Responsible for posting of weekly and monthly sales
Manages the updates of receivables and ensures its original receipts (OR) and sales invoice for Value Added Tax (VAT)
Handles man hour and labor cost
Provides clerical/administrative support to the management
Help the company Accountant in checking and computing billings submitted by site Person-In-Charge of sites
Responsible for knowing and understanding all project contracts in order to assist the Accountant in producing billings
