General Function:
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for the preparation of various Tax monitoring and compliance including computation, filing and payment.
Specific Duties:
Preparation of Accounting Entries and Schedules - analyze, monitor and reconcile various Tax-related accounts.
Preparation of Tax Reports - filing and payment of tax returns and compliance. Reconciliation and periodic analysis of related tax forms and reports.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or Financial Management
Adequate knowledge in Taxation
Proficient in Microsoft Application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Formulation Controls and other Spreadsheet application
Must be able to communicate and explain terminologies thru verbal and written form.
Detail Oriented, Flexible, Pro-Active, Responsible, Trustworthy, a Team Player, has a Good Sense of Urgency and Commitment to get the job done
