Daily monitoring of receivables
Uploads proof of payments in the portal
Follows up receivables with agents
Ensures that all bookings have corresponding Statement of Accounts
Assists the Accounting Department in submitting monthly reports of ARs, ORs and expenses to third-party accountant
Ensures that all payments to suppliers are processed on time
Updates daily bank balance & transactions
Audits monthly production reports of Operations Department
May be required to travel with tour groups from time to time
BS Accountancy graduate or any Accounting related course, preferably with experience
Can work with minimum supervision
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is a plus
