Job Description:
Preparation of general ledger to support the review of Financial Statements on a monthly basis
Knows how to do bank reconciliations
Administer all bank transactions and data recording
Knows how to do lapsing schedules for fixed assets
Handle A/P, A/R and collections
Balance sheet accounts reconciliations by preparing monthly schedules and checking the accuracy of recorded transactions
Preparation and posting of payroll entries after every payroll release including 13th month pay accrual
Monitoring of cash flow in a daily basis
Must know how to prepare and submit the monthly, quarterly and annual corporate and individual tax returns such as VAT, Income Tax of employees, Expanded withholding tax and Corporate Income Tax.
Job Qualifications:
Must be knowledgeable in financial policies, accounting procedures, principles and reporting system
Knowledgeable in MS Excel
Updated in BIR regulations
Highly organized and detailed oriented
Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
Can start ASAP
