Basic Function:
The Account Officer's primary role manages the financial bookkeeping of a business or organization. Each day, an accounts officer processes invoices, records payments, and track expenses of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Filing/Recording of Vouchers
Computation of VAT every end of the month - CDB; Excel File
Filing of attachments on voucher
Check entries on Petty Cash
Record local purchases
Checking of Sales book
Computation ZR/VAT Exempt / Sales to government & creditable tax
Recording of Journal Voucher
Prepare quarterly computation of 2307
Process of Check on a daily basis
Process of physical inventory every end of the year
Process delivery receipt/OR/CR/Billing/extra copy
Perform any related tasks from time to time
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance/accounting role.
Good communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to stick to time constraints
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further info data
Detail-oriented, efficient and organized professional with extensive experience in accounting systems.
Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well thought out decisions.
Computer literate and can perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Ability to develop working relationships
