Accounting Assistant - work from home - urgentAfia Insurance Brokerage LLC

We are one of the largest insurance brokers in the UAE and looking to hire home-based Accounting professionals.
Duties and responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of transactions
Type/encode payments reports
Mapping of payments in the Accounting system
Booking of transactions and rectifying errors in the system
Provide support to the Accounting Department as assigned by the manager
Qualifications / Skills:
MS Excel skills (Proficiency in Vlookup, Pivot, formatting data in MS Excel)
Attentive to detail and preferably with Accounting background
Typing speed and accuracy: at least 40 wpm and with 90% accuracy
Possess a can-do attitude and open to constructive criticism
Attentive to detail, with good English communication skills and a team-player (maintain work camaraderie with fellow team members)
Technical and Other Requirements:
Laptop / Desktop (Core i5 or I7) 7th gen till 11th gen, 8gb ram, 500GB HDD above or 240GB SSD) with webcam
Headset - USB based headset, noise-cancelling
Required Internet Speed: ping below 5ms, download speed 10Mbps above, Upload speed 3Mbps above for stand-alone connection, subject to the important note that follows*
If the employee is using Wi-Fi and sharing the Internet with other users, each one should have 10 Mbps above. E.g. - if 2 users are using 1 Wi-Fi connection, the Mbps should be 20 above.
