Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for providing assistance to Accounting department to ensure that all transactions are properly recorded on a timely manner and in accordance with the company’s standard procedures.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring of Parts and Aftersales Program Claims from Chery International.
Coordination with Parts & Aftersales regarding Claims from Chery International.
Receives and validate Spareparts price and proposal based on the approved price structures.
Receives & check request for payment/remittance to foreign suppliers for offshore parts purchases.
System record checking of parts purchases from foreign suppliers / offshore purchases.
Payment application of offshore purchases with the actual remittance.
Conduct audit on Parts movement & cycle count.
Represent Accounting Department for Parts Disposal.
Safekeeping and filing of Documents.
Protects company value by keeping information confidential.
Ensures compliance to ISO policies and procedures
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Financial Accounting
2-4 years of work experience in the same field
Knowledge of Accounting Principles
Computer Literate; Peach Tree Accounting Software; Excel Program
Ability to analyze information
Ability to post accurately the figures / numbers in peach tree system
Self-motivated; Sense of Urgency to take action
