JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
· Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management or equivalent
· At least 2-3 years working in said profession or related field
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and can work under pressure
· Proficient in Windows/ MS Office application/Excel
· To be assigned at Head Office, Makati City
· Can start asap
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Provide assistance in the monthly closing process, including the preparation of financial statements, account reconciliations, and analyses for all business units.
· Coordinate with the different members of the accounting team and various departments to ensure timely and accurate month-end close.
· Coordinate and provide the tax team with necessary financial data needed in the preparation of various tax filings
· Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analyses; participates in special projects as required.
· Ensure timely and accurate compliance of various LGU's, BIR, and SEC Reports
· Prepare tax computation for Parent Company and Subsidiaries
· Review tax computations for parent company and subsidiaries to ensure that they are computed in accordance with the relevant tax laws.
· Coordinate with External auditors on the annual and interim tax compliance review of Parent and Subsidiaries as well as special engagements.
· Browse through new tax regulations and rulings.
