JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensures proper recording and posting of daily collections.
Reviews accuracy of sales invoices charged to an account.
Prepares and sends updated invoice reminders to clients; assists the Sales Admin Department in following up pending payments.
Monitors direct deposits from clients for immediate posting and identification.
Verifies validity of payments through proper coordination with the Property Specialists and/or Sales Admin Department and reviewing of submitted documents.
Updates company receivables through account reconciliation and ensures that all dues are paid and posted.
